JTPay

JTPay is JTamatic Group's payment service.

It takes payments for JTamatic and Ropida. If JTPay appears on your payment, JTPay took it.

How a payment works

  1. On JTPay's pay page you check the merchant and the amount, and give your name, mobile number and email.
  2. JTPay is a biller under UnionBank's UPay. When you tap Pay, UnionBank's page opens.
  3. Card and e-wallet details are typed on UnionBank's page, never on JTPay's.
  4. JTPay asks UnionBank whether the payment went through before it marks it paid.
